Dan Shepherd is a licensed mortgage broker with over 10 years of experience in the investment lending space, specializing in fix-and-flip, DSCR, and bridge financing. Known for his strategic deal structuring and deep lender relationships, Dan has helped countless investors secure the right capital for their projects. Outside of lending, he’s an avid athlete, currently training for Ironman competitions, with a passion for running, cycling, and pushing his limits both in business and sport.
